The Cardiff Hotel Decision has been Made. It will be the Saint David's Hotel & Spa. The Vote on the Blog was overwhelming for it, and plus they have private Balconies!!

Then on to London. From there I rent a car and drive to ...........

........Stonehenge..............

Then Edinburgh.

Next I move on to Loch Ness and the rest of Scotland.

Then, On to Glasgow. After a night there It's off to

...............TORCHWOOD!!!!!!!!!...........

........Cardiff..........

And The Great British Cheese Festival.

Then it is BACK to London before my day trip.............

..........To Paris, For a Champagne lunch on the Eiffel Tower..............

Then Back to Seattle and then on to Dutch Harbor/Unalaska.

Junior was off today, But we can not have Sunday Brunch Without him so here is a i-Phone Picture from yesterday.

I am always taxed with bringing the Coffee to the safety meeting At Unisea so this week instead of making the Mocha's, Cap's and Lattes myself I went to our little local Coffee shop. The Picture of the little shop did not turn out but here is it's menu..........

Went walking with CD the other night for some quiet relaxation. Then a Helicopter, Jet ski, Powerboat and Sailing ship on Engines went by...............

...............it was just one of those weeks..............LOL!

Two Big events yesterday. Margaret at the School was retiring and AG is taking her place so there was a retirement party. Of Course it is Unalaska/Dutch Harbor so there was lots of Food!!

Which Hotel Should CD Choose in Cardiff? Hilton Cardiff or the Saint David Hotel and Spa?

Ok, So CB has MOST of his United Kingdom Trip planned out to the minute, with the exception if his stay in the BEAUTIFUL city of .............

....CARDIFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the best cities in the UK, From Castles, to BBC to

................. To TORCHWOOD Cardiff has it all!!!

I have narrowed down my Hotel Choices to Two:

The Saint David's Hotel and Spa...............

I can get both for about the Same Price. Reviews are pretty equal online, and both are in great Locations. Therein lies the problem. The Hilton Is RIGHT accross the street from the Castle and The Saint David is Right by Millenium Center (Torchwood)

If ANYONE has stayed in either I would like your advice. Heck I am listening to all so jump on the websites and check them out.

I really want to have this all sorted out by Sunday.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY DAY!! And a Thank You / Promo

OK, So I wanted Cake. And Not MY cake for once. I wanted one with that thick, super sugary, white Bakery icing on a Chocolate cake. So I have made a new Holiday! Today, the First Wednesday in September, is now "Happy Wednesday Day".

I have Pot Roast, Rice, Potatoes and French Bread to go with the Cake. I am going to say that this is a Carb Heavy Holiday to prepare us for the chillier nights of Fall. Sounds Reasonable Right?
