Fall begins in Nome :Future Alaskan Senator Dan Sullivan and Mead Treadwell Visit Nome Alaska, fall colors, and Finally Videos!!

Apologies for the Late post, just been really busy as you will see!

As Fall Begins in Nome, the political races are heating up so It was my pleasure to Welcome Future US Senator Dan Sullivan
To a mixer in Nome as well as Spending the Night at My Hotel, The Aurora Inn and Suites.

From the Dan Sullivan Website
I've dedicated my life to serving Alaska and America. I've served on active duty and in the reserves in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years as an infantry officer. As Alaska’s Attorney General and Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources, I focused on protecting Alaskans, promoting energy security and economic opportunity, and fighting against the Obama Administration's overreach.
We need leaders in Washington, D.C. who will rise above the negativity and gridlock that is plaguing our country. I’m an optimist and I strongly believe that Alaska and America’s best days are ahead. As your U.S. Senator, I will bring new energy to Alaska and to the U.S. Senate to seize the promising future that lies before us.

It also turned into a Republican Unity Event as Lt. Governor Mead Treadwell joined us!

It makes me proud as an Alaskan to have such dedicated leaders!

Dan Sullivan, Really the Only Choice for Alaskans in November!

As The nights turn colder and the sun sets a bit (6 minutes) earlier every night the fall colors of the Tundra start to show their beauty.

Though there are few to no trees, the colors are the same as back in PA.
Reds, yellows, greens and browns some absolutely brilliant!

And Drives around the Peninsula with the boys are always a good way to unwind after a stressful day

Seeing all the way to the far mountains is so beautiful

Musk ox are moving back out into the tundra and away from the town as moose and bear hunting season has driven the bears further into the hills and mountains

And finding new spots to play, like up the Nome Teller Highway

And then of course there is taking the Boys to school every day, Here Cody and Hunter are dressed in their JROTC uniforms.

I arranged one Beautiful Day for Laura from our main BSDC office in Anchorage when she came to visit

Yup. Implementing that new Financial tracking computer system was tough, so Out for a Drink at the Board of Trade!

And Now, since as good as pictures are they just don't match being here, so here are some videos.
