Amangiri, and the Blog will continue

OK, So I have decided the Blog will continue. I think I am going to keep the name because it was the Island of Unalaska and the Port Of Dutch Harbor that first inspired me to start this blog, and it will always be a part of my life.

BUT, new day, New AMAZING job. I'm sorry, but I really can not show any pictures of WHO is staying here, but I can show you some shots of this amazing Resort. These are all taken with my I-Phone so the quality is not as good as my camera, but it still works I think.

Looking down from the Spa side towards the main pavilion and the enclosed pool.

I love the way the architects thought about everything here, from the wood against the stone to the way the light plays off both of them to create amazing views everywhere, like this simple connecting Hallway between suites,

To the way every room has a picture perfect view of the High Desert outside, like in this Mesa View Suite,
To the walk up to the pool,
To the walk to the Spa
 And My favorite Suite, the
Girijjaala Suite!
This suite is a favorite of many of our guests, and these pictures hardly do it justice.

But all too soon, night falls, the candles are placed and lit and the Day draws to a close.

I really can not say how wonderful it is to be here, how great all my co-workers are, as well as my fellow managers, and just how NICE it is to be appreciated for being a high strung perfectionist who refuses to compromise on guest satisfaction.

Any way, more soon, getting a great apartment at the beginning of next week, but for now I'll just have to suffer another few days as a guest of the hotel.........Have you ever tried one of those "Rain Shower" shower heads?........try two at once in my whole room shower in my current suite!!!

Thanks Everyone for Your Love and Support!
Brian
