Sunday Brunch, Belinda, Bald Eagles, Bad luck for the Cornelia Marie, Basketball, Bye Bye Christmas Tree and Kyle!

OK Everyone, I will Comment in a little Bit. Enjoy the Pictures till then.........

Ok, Short and Sweet this week. I long for the days when the misty rainy days we had were against green hills. Now is it just misty and muddy with no snow!! I want Snow!!!

Food was great as usual. Junior made the PERFECT Omlette.

Paul got to meet Kyle. He is a blog follower who decided to take the plunge and start working for Unisea as a processor. I've been showing him around. Good Guy, so you will probably see more of him on here. Posting some pictures later in the post for his wife and daughter.

And I KNOW you have all been waiting for the return of Junior's Chocolate Covered Strawberries!!!

On to news.......

FINALLY turned in my Alaska Airline Miles application to Alaska Ship. They had been bugging me for a couple of weeks.......

Belinda, Branch Manager of Key Bank in Dutch Harbor/Unalaska, and Chairman of The CVB (Convention and Visitors Bureau) has just been promoted to be a Vice President of all the Key banks in Alaska!! Here is Brenda from the CVB pesenting her with some flowers!!

You Know you are in Alaska when an Eagle joins you for lunch!

Yes, The Standard CM Visit to drydock is back!! (Someone backed into a rock from what I heard....LOL)

Hung out with CD and AG At the local basketball games on Friday night. GREAT hanging out with you guys again!! Soon we have to start GLEE! parties since I just got the first 13 episodes on DVD.

Since it is hard to have visiting teams here the Varsity Girls play the JR Varsity Boys and then the Varsity boys play the Community.

And the Varsity boys Won!!! Congrats!!

Now that Russian Christmas is over it was time to take down the tree.......

It looks so empty now!!! I feel the need to Redecorate!!

Like I mentioned Kyle is now here and I am showing him around and introducing him......

.....and feeding him Brunch.

And showing him some eagles.!! He is doing Fine Star but misses you!! Maybe you will have to visit!!

Ok, I am out of here!! Have a great day/night everyone.

Atleast the CM is consistent - & they've always met there quota - so if this pattern works so be it - maybe next year the start without a problem and they don't meet their quota - that would be worse

CB brunch was great the Salmon looks yummy love the strawberries way to go Junior. I like having lunch with the eagle they are awesome looking birds. Good to see the group at basketball the GLEE parties will be fun. Tell CD we need some new Bella pictures on her blog... (hint hint CD)LOL. Bella must be quite big now. The lobby does look empty without the tree maybe you could put up a Valentines Tree.
Sorry you don't have any snow you are welcome to our low temperatures and ice.
Have a great day.

If it soiunded like I was dissing on the CM nothing is further from the truth. Along with the Wizard they are tied for my favorite boats. Plus my Good friend Freddie is on the CM. I was just making light of the fact that they always seem to spend the first week of the season down at Magone's Repair!

Again, along with the Wizard they have one of the largest quotas, and always 'Get their Crab'. It is just a shame that this happens every season.

No hate here for the CM that is for sure!

Too bad about the CM! Hope they're back out soon. Me too - hate taking down all the Christmas decorations - always looks bare.

:) It's the CM's way of contributing to the local economy! :)

I just talked with Phil. The wind caught the boat and it hit the rock. No major damage.
Phil is the man.
