On The Crab Count Front The Wizard pulls into an early lead with their first Offload in Dutch Tomorrow or Tuesday, while the other boats are still prospecting. (Go Team WIZARD!!!)
The Storm this week was a big, but not as serious as everyone feared. It was Fun for me though!!
SOMEONE left a pallet of bait on the back of their truck. Silly Silly!! It took the Eagles of the island about 10 seconds to notice and make short work of it....
The Waves this week were awesome, so I thought I would share some more of them.

AND Finally I will share the Recipie for Chicken Wings that I learned from Harrison Ford. This is GUARANTEED to bust up even the most stubborn of head colds and get you back to tasting your burning tongue.

First, Take your FROZEN Chicken wing sections and place them in an oiled baking dish while the over is preheating to 375 F.

Spray the Wings with An Olive oil cooking spray.

Dust with Cayane Pepper, Chili Powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Fresh Cracked Black pepper and Garlic salt.

Bake until skin is VERY crispy, turning once to get both sides nice and Golden Brown and crunchy. (Do not deep fry, this adds pointless calories and does not allow for the best flavor)

In a chafing dish on the range take one stick of butter (REAL BUTTER NO FAKE MARGARINE CRAP), 1/2 cup of Orange / Pineapple Juice, 1/4 cup of Dark brown Sugar, and 1 to 2 cups of Franks Red Hot Sauce. Heat mixture to boiling once then simmer till mixture just begins to thicken.

Place Wings in sauce on stove and allow to coat for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from Pan and serve with Slices of Bleu Cheese, Celery, and bleu Cheese Dressing.

These will be some of the most tender delicious wings you will ever eat. No Gnawing off the bones, the meat will fall off onto your tongue and the sweet spice will open you right up!! (Possible at both ends if you eat as many as you will be tempted to!!)

Hopefuly I will be able to get picture of the Wizard Offload Tomorrow!!

Have a Great Night Everyone

CB

I saw the puppy, love the sweater and the ears too! He's not nearly as shaky as other little doggies too! My family wants a dog, but we leave too often.
Eating a smoked salmon roll-up in the ANC airport, I swear you can take me out of Unalaska...

Thanks for the pic of my handsome kid, I woke him up (no he hasn't heard of alarm clocks, 'jus mommy) but never actually opened my eyes!
I miss home and can think of nothing good about Fairbanks in FEB rooming with random classmates...pouting

Awww, you remembered to give me my "Willie Fix". Thanks! Thank Willie and Junior for being such good sports. And Dante is too cute for words. Praying for good weather so he can get home. The poor litle guy must be a little unnerved but Uncle CB will take care of him. It was serendipity that April started her blog and was able to connect with you- no such thing as a coincidence. Thanks for brunch.

Wow...this was one full post CB. Thanks for the great variety of shots and info today! Glad to hear the Wizard is having a good go of it. I love that French Toast...it's like having dessert BEFORE having dessert. AND your chicken wing recipe sounds something that will make hubby smile..so I WILL def try this!
And thanks for helping the little dog out in his time of need. Very kind of you. I agree with Janice - it is amazing how and when some people come into our lives. Pretty cool.

I have to say, your recipie sounds like just the thig for me! I can never taste the spice in "spicy" foods and am constantly being told i have the tastebuds of a gerbil because i add chilli etc to everything. maybe this one would be hot enough! :D
