Today - west 45 - 65 gusts 80 rain, Tonight - west 50 - 70 gusts 100 scattered snow, Friday -

Just like in Florida though the weather would come through in "Bands" of storms.
They move through alot quicker around here though.

You can watch the Progression as the band moves in..........
.......up, over...........
.......hits us..............
...........and then moves on.

What I always find remarkable is that this series of shots was taken over just a 30 minute period. (Oh, and Ice balls hitting your face at 50mph Sting a bit though it is a great Dermabrasion)

ALL the DC Boats are Safe, though one or two had some fun in this weather. The Lisa Marie Especially. And Part of the Film Crew is still "Trapped" over on Akutan with the Lovely April.

We had a few car wrecks about town and some siding came off the hotel but for the most part we came though the storm great. Really it did not even seem that bad. I know there were worse ones last year. Still, it cam alot earlier this year than last.........

Anyway, busy day so Stay warm everyone!!

Great pictures CB. When we get squalls here they dump 4-5 inches of snow in an hour then the sun will be out and melt it!

That's 30 minutes of weather? Remarkable. I got the overwhelming urge to wrap myself up in a flannel blanket and go hide!

Still, there's beauty in that storm.
